That’s totally okay… and actually really common! The pre-session questionnaire will help bring clarity to what’s been on your mind. Then during our call, we’ll dig in together to pinpoint where you're feeling stuck and where the momentum is waiting.
Do I need to prep anything before our session?
Just fill out the pre-session questionnaire I’ll send your way. It’s designed to help you reflect, share context, and focus our time. I ask that you submit it at least 48 hours in advance so I have time to review and come prepared.
